1. UK-Only Shipping

We focus exclusively on the UK market to maintain high standards of speed and reliability. We do not ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, or British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses at this time.

2. Delivery Times

Because we source our tech directly from premium suppliers to give you the best price, our standard delivery window is 1 to 3 business days.

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • Transit: Once dispatched, your item travels via our trusted UK courier network.

3. Order Tracking

Transparency is key to our service. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a professional tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.

4. 14-Day Return Guarantee

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind. You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it.

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • All seals, manuals, and accessories must be intact.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your technology arrives damaged or develops a fault within the first 30 days, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. How to Start a Refund

To initiate a return, please email contact@techtrendcentral.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate UK return address.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Please allow 3-5 business days for the bank to reflect the credit.
